Ever since I stopped taking soda (coke, fanta, sprite, bitter lemon and above all malt drinks) it became easier to drop those pounds. I love malt drinks especially maltina, I had 2 cans of malt a day!. It was very bad for me but I was determined to loose the weight so I made a hard choice to reduce the malt intake to once a day. That was the most difficult decision to make in this health life journey. When I achieved that and observed I could handle it I further reduced it to three times a week then to once a week and now I can go a month without it but I still have it sometimes.
Asides from the fact that soda is dangerous to your health because of the aspartame content, it bloats and expands your stomach plus increases your risk of diabetes.
Please end your soda addiction
