The ever perfect haute couture designers Ralph and Russo brought the master piece to life at their 2016 women's collection fashion show. This caped dress is a pink silk crêpe strapless gown elaborately embroidered with floral silk and metallic thread work, featuring layered faille cape with midnight blue duchess satin lining. Don't you just love the fitting.

It was an occasion and the gele and make up of everyone was on point. Most of the Nigerian stars and celebrities attended the event and they all looked so beautiful. Makeup artists really showed off their craft on numerous faces, I guess it was a pretty busy day for them. All the ladies looked astonishingly beautiful from the ever adorable Tiwa Savage, gorgeous Waje, the stunning Toke Makinwa, they were all radiant.

While stress might be an unavoidable consequence of life, how we handle it is within our control as all human bodies are not the same. Stress does have its benefit as increased stress can result in increased productivity to a point. However, this level differs for each of us and we manage it also differs. You need to find your threshold because stress management is a personal journey. Do things that relax you as often as you can, eating healthy helps a lot especially raw fruits as vegetables. Usually people who are stressed are often emotionally restless, anxious, ill tempered and depressed.

These days, most of us tend to stay indoors because we have everything we require either online or physically made available to us. Unlike bible days were people had to walk or engage in some form of physical activity to get anywhere or achieve anything.

It's amazing when you see a picture like this and are so impressed with the transformations. I can relate with this because I used to weigh about 95kg which is close to 185 pounds and today I weigh 68kg. I am still working on it since my goal weight is 63kg have go a mile long to go but see pictures like these are encouraging and they keep me going. The truth is u never know how large you are until you loose weight.

I believe this wedding was the most talked about wedding on social media and equally well celebrated we almost forgot others took place.

I would just like to applaud the make up artist Bimpe Onakoya and the person who tied this glee. This is perfection the rings made by it around the head are well placed, it as a head gear for princesses anyway she is a princess. I fell in love with the glee.
