Stress a major problem for most for us in this generation also a cause of unprecedented reactions.

While stress might be an unavoidable consequence of life, how we handle it is within our control as all human bodies are not the same.  Stress does have its benefit as increased stress can result in increased productivity to a point.  However, this level differs for each of us and we manage it also differs.  You need to find your threshold  because stress management is a personal journey. Do things that relax you as often as you can, eating healthy helps a lot especially raw fruits as vegetables. Usually people who are stressed are often emotionally restless, anxious, ill tempered and depressed.

The American institute of stress compares compares our level of  stress to that of a violin string ''Not enough produces dull raspy sound. Too much makes a shrill, annoying noise or snaps the string. However, just the right degree might create a magnificent tone. Similarly we all need to find the proper level of stress that allows us to function optimally and make melodious music as we go on in life''.
