Avocado BLT Pasta Salad by @closetcooking (Instagram)

ingredients

1/2 pound pasta (gluten-free for gluten-free)
4 strips bacon
4 cups baby spinach
1 large avocado, diced
1 cup tomato, diced
1/2 cup creamy guacamole dressing
directions
Cook the pasta as directed on the package before draining and running cold water over it to cool it.
Meanwhile cook the bacon and set aside on paper towels to drain and cool before crumbling.
Mix everything, toss in the dressing and enjoy!

A much easier way to make that life style change.

Making changes

Here are five tips to create a healthful diet that you can enjoy.

•	Learn to think about food in a new way. Years ago, meat and potatoes were the American ideal. Now we know that vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, and fish are best.

I know how hard it can be to fit a workout into your daily schedule. Between school, work and family commitments, sometimes it can be tough to take some time out to focus on yourself. 1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
⅓ cup reduced-fat butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup water
¼ cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons red food colouring (or 1 tablespoons beetroot juice)
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 large egg, at room temperature
¼ cup caster sugar

What does HDL cholesterol do?

LDL (bad) cholesterol forms fatty deposits (plaques) in the coronary arteries that can cause heart attacks. HDL removes cholesterol from the blood and transports it to the liver for elimination or recycling.

New research questions the benefit of drugs to raise HDL, but lifestyle steps to boost good cholesterol are still recommended.

I love the Kardashian and Jenners but this Jumpsuit on Kylie I am not loving. The lace detail is excellent but the fit doesn't cut it for me at all maybe I personally don't like but it really doesn't look flattering.

The color doesn't match her skin tone and the hair is wrong for this look let's not talk about the shoes. But the lace details I love beautiful fabric.
