Potato hash recipe looks great for a healthy breakfast




Ingredients:


1 large English potato (Irish potato)


1 teaspoon coconut oil 


Drizzle of maple syrup (just little)


salt 


black pepper 



Method:


1 peel potato, wash and cut into small squares (as seen in photo).


2 place in a microwaveable place, cover with cling film and cook for 3 minutes. 


3 place a non stick pan over a medium heat, add coconut oil and heat up. 


4  add microwaved potato squares, sprinkle salt and pepper and also drizzle a little maple syrup. 


5 reduce heat, If need be. Stir fry until potato squares are cooked, caramelised and slightly browned.


6 turn off heat and server with any vegetable of choice.
