Avocado BLT Pasta Salad by @closetcooking (Instagram)
ingredients
1/2 pound pasta (gluten-free for gluten-free)
4 strips bacon
4 cups baby spinach
1 large avocado, diced
1 cup tomato, diced
1/2 cup creamy guacamole dressing
directions
Cook the pasta as directed on the package before draining and running cold water over it to cool it.
Meanwhile cook the bacon and set aside on paper towels to drain and cool before crumbling.
Mix everything, toss in the dressing and enjoy!
