Dealing with tooth decay and bad breath try oil of oregano as an alternative solution.
I tried this it really works if you use pure oil of oregano apply 4 drops diluted with 3 drops of pure coconut oil directly on the troubled tooth and keep your mouth closed for a minimum of ten minutes, use 2 or 3 times a day. I used a cotton wool to ensure it doesn't mix with the saliva very quickly. Oil of oregano is nature's antibiotic it is also antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal and it kills pathological germs.

Saw this on youtube thought to share loose 10kg in 10 days. I will try this plan because it has a lot of green tea in the diet.
I personally don't believe in quick fixes but people have needs.You might want to fit into that dress or look smart as guy so they come in handy in times like these. If you need a quick fix and will maintain the weight loss you can give this a shot. I will tell you if it worked at the end of ten 10 days although I read some positive results in the comment section.

I personally believe that a woman should look good and be healthy for herself first and that's what makes her attractive to her boyfriend/spouse.
Staying healthy is about you feeling great and loving yourself enough to be the best you. So yes it works both ways, look good for yourself and stay attractive for your man if you are in a relationship.
