My name is Ngozi I started my weightloss journey in April 2014. At the time I weighed 85kg and desperately needed to loose weight for personal reasons so I made up my mind and was committed to it.
I began working out early hours of the morning at 5;30 am with laura louis's guide which I heard is the best time to exercise and it worked with my schedule. I reduced my intake sugary drinks and reduced my alcohol consumption. I swapped my regular lunch for a chicken salad also bought a waist trainer to help with my belly, which I wore for eight hours a day. I used to love to nibble a lot on food but I realized that all foods contain calories so I became more aware of what I ate. It took me eight months to get to 72kg that's 13kg off I felt happier with the choice I made.
