The importance of the Great outdoors. Why oxygen is so important for our health

These days, most of us tend to stay indoors because we have everything we require either online or physically made available to us. Unlike bible days were people had to walk or engage in some form of physical activity to get anywhere or achieve anything.

Why is this modern way of living bad for our health? Oxygen is  a vital part of our existance depriving the body is natural clean air may lead to a lot of health hazards.

Respiration introduces oxygen into our body system and oxygen inhaled is used for cell metabolism. Oxygen also increases the energy in our cells it allows them to function more efficiently. With the use of oxygen our cells expel toxins through the cell membrane. If we have an inadequate oxygen supply, your cells cannot function properly. One of the ways to get oxygen to our cells is by exercise of engaging to various forms of physical activity.
