Hey everyone how was Christmas for you? Mine was beautiful so much food! So now I am trying to cut back before new year's day.
Here are most of the things I ate this Christmas asides from the six bottles of soda, cakes, a little chocolate, pizza, one burger and fries, ice cream, 1 piece of fried chicken. Had all these over a period of 6 days. So no judging.

Directions
- Cut cake horizontally into four layers. In a small bowl, combine the coconut, milk and almonds. Place bottom layer on a serving plate; top with half of the coconut mixture, one cake layer and 1/2 cup frosting. Repeat layers. Yield: 8 servings.
