It's time to detox

I guess for most of us we ate a lot of food this holiday season like  myself and we would love to shed the weight. So lets just hold on till monday as we empty our houses of the leftovers.


What do we begin with? A detox cleanse. This will help clean our bodies of all the toxins and junk still hanging in there along with setting your body system right and functional for the new years progress.

How do we do this? Just put yourself on an all fruits and veggies diet you can add in some seafood if you wish or a Fruit and Veggies Juicing diet. Do this for a week and watch the pounds fall off.
