Ok now that we are trying to get rid of all the holiday day weight this is what I had for breakfast.

I made a green plate of salad so it's more like green morning to you all.

This is a mix of cucumber, parsley leaves, green spring onions, cabbage and 1 hard boiled egg all organic.

Don't forget to always begin your day with a glass of water or fresh juice.
