From the instagram picture you can see it took this lady 2 years of  squats exercises to achieve her goals. That is indeed a lot of determination.

With the chaos going on in the world how many of us have this energy to put that much effort into squatting don't get it wrong I love the results but if you are not making money from it  then then focus on the butt might just turn out to be a waste of invested time.

Is saw this on a friends page on instagram and thought to share this. Men always say they want simple things from women and always think they are not complex but women are more complicated. I don't argue that we do need attention but arguably men also love attention a lot more than women in the sense that they always need to be nurtured by a woman. I just think women are more detailed in their need than men.

Saw these amazing piece of art called shoes as various model wore them strutting  the run at NYFW for the Marc Jacobs show, I was a bit bewildered by the appearance of the shoes and I asked myself are they actually meant to be worn by women.

The Nigerian singer known as Harry songs took some heat from his fans for appearing to wear a lip gloss on his lips for a photoshoot a while back.

He was criticized for wearing obvious make up and attempting to look like a woman in this picture he posted on instagram, which he artist refuted severally.

 But looking at this picture now it appears as though something did occur and I guess we can all spot the difference.

I personally feel that both sisters are beautiful but Bella has a unique model look, she looks more like a super model than Gigi does. Bella does not not require much prepping to pull off a look but Gigi does. 

I think Gigi is more popular because of her affiliation with the Kardashians and that made her much more popular and shot her into the lime light compared to Bella her sister ,who had to make her case for her name.

Some Make up artists just take things a bit too far

Is this more like deceit than it is artistry?  I know this lady looks amazing and 10 years younger and I know that's every woman's dream but......  ok I agree she does look beautiful after she is made up but once that make up comes off....... just saying.

Anyway, today women have more permanent solutions to the faces when it comes to make up, we have fixed permanent lashes, eyebrows, lipsticks I guess the scientists are still working on permanent foundation and powder so we can all stay fresh faced forever.

Can anyone even stand the sight of cockroach yet these Doctors and scientists are telling us that it is the new super food, I'd rather stick to grass than give this a try

Well according to them new research has surfaced stating that cockroach milk is more potent than buffalo milk that means its better than cowbell milk hmmmm! is it more potent than human breast milk?. Sometimes I really can't understand these scientists.

It is really difficult to always see a your weight loss routine as a lifestyle.

I hope this doesn't apply to me only. Recently most trainers or weight loss motivators always use that terms "see it as a lifestyle not a diet " I understand it might work better if we look at it that way but to  me and I am sure most of us it is really difficult. For instance in 4 weeks I have not eaten healthy nor worked out, so how do I convince myself that it is a life style with these mishaps. Truth is weight loss and maintaining it from some of us is a daily struggle. It comes naturally for some and other it doesn't  so instead of being happy we are frustrated.
