An orange a day may keep you out of the hospital but 20 will definitely get you there







I guess some of us will be thinking orange is just a fruit, they are not fatting its okay to eat 20 oranges a day, the answer to that is no it isn't.

Orange just as any other sweet fruit contains sugar you might say but it natural sugar this only mean that it has higher quantity of the minerals contained in sugar than process sugar except other chemicals are added. So sugar is sugar to the body the body will break it down the same way and the excess will be stored up as fat.

Our daily diet should contain only 15 percent of sweet fruits or 15 percent of sugars so lets make wise decisions while making our food choices.
