Here's my parsley potatoe salad recipe.



Potatoe salads are my favourite salads and can be made in many different ways but this is how I enjoy mine.


I use parsley leaves because I love the flavour it gives to the salad asides from its many health benefits. Parsley leaves are not so popular in Nigeria and I often come across people who ask me where they can get them but irony is that it is  sold in almost every market in Nigeria.


Ingredients:
Parsley leaves not chopped
Irish potatoes
cucumber
Red and yellow bell papers
Red beans
purple onion
long green beans
olive oil.
