Squat the difference


From the instagram picture you can see it took this lady 2 years of  squats exercises to achieve her goals. That is indeed a lot of determination.

With the chaos going on in the world how many of us have this energy to put that much effort into squatting don't get it wrong I love the results but if you are not making money from it  then then focus on the butt might just turn out to be a waste of invested time.

That being said, squats do not just apply to the butt alone you actually burn calories when you squat like I personally observed who I do squat lets say about 300 reps I actually sweat more during that period than any other form of exercise.  So if we look at squats and but exercises as adding to our all round body fitness I guess it will be easier to achieve this goal in 2 years,
