Your weight and the scale.



Have you ever been at that point where you start a life style change or a diet programme, you strictly adhere to all the rules for two weeks straight then you mount the scale and you have only lost 0.5kg or added about 3kg.

Well, last year April 2015 I started a lifestyle change, working out at the gym 5 days a week lifting 5kg weights for 2weeks also did a lot of cardio  cause I had a trainer. It was time to check for results to my demise I had non, I had gained 3kg taking me from 73kg to 76kg, I became totally devastated, didn't want to continue had to speak  to my trainer we looked at my diet saw I was on course so he gave me the advise of a lifetime, he said "as long as you are working out you are making progress just don't bother with the scale for the next three months" and it worked, the next time I was on the scale I was 10kg down all though I waited till the end 4th month.

If you are in the same situation as I was just give it more time.
