I personally have always struggled with my weight, I have gone from a size 18 to a size 8, up to a size 12 down to a size 10 and back to a size 12 and now I am a size 10. My goal is to be a size 6 and hopefully maintain it, to be honest its not easy.
I was able to loose some weight by cutting my food intake by a third but my diet wasn't so strict still had some unhealthy snacks and bread but I just cut it down the intake of meals to once a week.
My food portions were very little, every meal was the equivalent of 4 table spoons no matter what I was having and I worked out for 30 mins every morning mostly home work outs. I also got introduced to a tea called Slim Tea been taking it for two week it has really contributed the results I am seeing.
Its not easy as you can see I am still on my journey but I have definitely made progress I have my food cravings sometimes especially for beef and ice cream just because I am a serious beef lover, I think it is one of my major weaknesses.
Hopefully if I don't fall off the weight loss wagon I will update my progress to you guy in December.
