The purpose of juicing fruits and vegetables.








When I say juicing fruits I do not refer to your packed juices or canned, what I mean are fresh fruit and vegetables either squeezed or blended.  By extracting the juice from the fruits and veggies then drinking it immediately you will provide nutrients to the cellular level of your body more quickly and with less loss of energy than any other method. Juices are essential for internal cleansing and health restoration. What we need to realize is that the juice content of most fruits and vegetables is where the nutrients are found.



If you just want to be healthy drink fresh juices 2 or 3 times daily and if you are battling an illness drinking 5 to 6 times daily is a better choice. You can juice the following items carrot, apples, pineapple, berries, oranges, cucumber, leafy greens, beets and celery.
