I know the scientists have told us a lot of things like how junk food feeds the cyst in our bodies. parasites and viruses. But they never tell us how we started eating it.

My weight loss Journey

Sep 25/2016                              Aug 17 2016

I personally have always struggled with my weight, I have gone from a size 18 to a size 8, up to a size 12 down to a size 10 and back to a size 12 and now I am a size 10. My goal is to be a size 6 and hopefully maintain it, to be honest its not easy.

I was able to loose some weight by cutting my food intake by a third but my diet wasn't so strict still had some unhealthy snacks and bread but I just cut it down the intake of meals  to once a week.

Serena Williams needs a new stylist.

I love Serena Williams because she is a champ but there are days when I just feel like she needs a stylist, whoever is her stylist does a terrible job and this outfit is definitely on of those days.

Luipata Nyongo always under pressure to look African

The actress of African heritage is always under a lot of pressure to show off her roots which I believe is unfair the fact that she says where is is from should be enough.

Forget about sugar daddies actress Nadia Buhari says to young ladies.

The beautiful Ghanaian actress was encouraging young ladies to look away from married sugar daddies and look towards  the future with their own husband. I wonder if she has any personal experience as they say experience is the best teacher.

The hips don''t lie

These ladies hips are phenomenal. The real standard of coke bottle figure really small waist, wide and curvy hips and a small upper body.

I guess these might be a little too much for some people to handle but I always say one thing "every woman is beautiful"'

This is the President of Zimbawe

This man say the most shocking things ever but then again we are all human. I think he is about 90 years old now.

Squat the difference

From the instagram picture you can see it took this lady 2 years of  squats exercises to achieve her goals. That is indeed a lot of determination.

With the chaos going on in the world how many of us have this energy to put that much effort into squatting don't get it wrong I love the results but if you are not making money from it  then then focus on the butt might just turn out to be a waste of invested time.

He he! I think this is about 90% accurate.

Is saw this on a friends page on instagram and thought to share this. Men always say they want simple things from women and always think they are not complex but women are more complicated. I don't argue that we do need attention but arguably men also love attention a lot more than women in the sense that they always need to be nurtured by a woman. I just think women are more detailed in their need than men.

So yes I agree with this list but stop complaining and start meeting up or at least meet us half way.

Rapper The game claims he had romantic relations with three Kardashian women

The rapper Game claimed in the song 'Sauce' that he had been sexually involved with  three Kardashian sisters. Then he came on Wendy to confirm it with names and also mentioned the Kardashian to be Black Chynna.

To be honest I find this rather petty and rude. This is like what immature college boys used to do while in school; brag about the women you slept with to boost your little ego amidst their friends.
