Weight loss Tip: I do not agree with this advise of Don't eat less eat healthy


As someone who has personally struggled with my weight over the years,
I know this is not true. No matter how healthy you eat if you consume the same amount of calories you were having when you were eating unhealthy it won't make any significant difference.
The only way around weight loss is to reduce your food consumption thereby reducing your calorie intake.
