Yogurt is normally seen as the healthier alternative to ice cream which should actually be because they are both made from the exact same thing except the fact that one is fermented and the other isn't.
It is said that a cup of frozen yogurt contains about 237 calories just about 10 calories less than a cup of ice cream but my argument with this is when something is fermented doesn't that cause an increase in the level of starch into thereby resulting in the increase in carbs that is stored as sugar in our bodies.
So before you take a cup of yogurt don't it take because it is healthier do because you want or just take a cup of ice cream or any other creamy thing.
