During my personal weight loss experience I discovered that it was pretty difficult to loose weight on the arms just by jogging/weights which I had done for a couple of months.
My arms were about 16 inches wide for a really longtime even after I dropped to a size 8. After a while I got introduced to boxing as part of my workout routine, I boxed three times a week for two month two months straight. I started noticing visible difference two weeks into the exercise I kept up with the routine and was very consistent. At the end of three months I tape measured my arms and they where down by 4 inches, I was really happy with the result.
