What happens to our bodies when we do not exercise?


Our bodies were made to be active, compared to our fore father we are a lot weaker not just because of our diet but because of our sedentary lifestyle. I personally try to exercise 4 to 5 times a week because the benefits of exercise far exceeds keeping fit and weight loss, although, it is an intricate part of achieving weight loss goals.


When we are not active tissue cells loose elasticity, lymph nodes cannot release all their toxins because the lymphatic system doesn't pump like the heart it need body movement, joint and hip muscles become fragile, bone looses density and can lead to osteoporosis, your cells are not well oxygenated and the heart can also loose it strength causing cardiovascular problems.
