I love seeing these sort of pictures online, they only suggest to us that we determine how great we want to look and how good we want to feel.  These ladies have made such tremendous progress it is truly inspiring. I always say weight loss is a journey it doesn't matter what happens to you along the way keep moving till you get there. This caped dress is a pink silk crêpe strapless gown elaborately embroidered with floral silk and metallic thread work, featuring layered faille cape with midnight blue duchess satin lining.  Don't you just love the fitting.

It was an occasion and the gele and make up of everyone was on point. Most of the Nigerian stars and celebrities attended the event and they all looked so beautiful. Makeup artists really showed off their craft on  numerous faces, I guess it was a pretty busy day for them. All the ladies looked astonishingly beautiful from the ever adorable Tiwa Savage, gorgeous Waje, the stunning Toke Makinwa, they were all radiant.

The stars came out in Dolce and Gabbana for the SAG awards 2016

Michael Keaton who won a SAG wore a magnificent navy blue Dolce and Gabbana suit really looking classy, paired with a black bow tie and white shirt which had lovely tiny buttons. Christian Bale also wore an all black ensemble of the designer with a black tie to the SAG awards. Mark and Sunrise Ruffalo also wore the designer Dolce and Gabbana, seems to me like was a great night for the designer.

This  head gear is a fusion of the english hat meets Nigerian gele, I absolutely love the concept. Actress Rita Dominic one of our Nigerian  trend setters and style icon looks fabulous in it so it is  safe to say it fast becoming a fashion trend.

The reality star and fast becoming a business mogul posted this picture of herself in this red beautiful two piece underwear advertising a possible color of her lip kit and if this is one of the colors I am totally loving it.

She also wore this beautiful midi length red  leather dress, synched at the waist line. The outfit is really skin tight but she looks amazing. Love the short hair look hope she plays with colors this year although I read she would like to keep in natural for a little while because having that much chemical in your hair isn't really healthy.

Stress a major problem for most for us in this generation also a cause of unprecedented reactions.

While stress might be an unavoidable consequence of life, how we handle it is within our control as all human bodies are not the same.  Stress does have its benefit as increased stress can result in increased productivity to a point.  However, this level differs for each of us and we manage it also differs.  You need to find your threshold  because stress management is a personal journey. Do things that relax you as often as you can, eating healthy helps a lot especially raw fruits as vegetables. Usually people who are stressed are often emotionally restless, anxious, ill tempered and depressed.

These days, most of us tend to stay indoors because we have everything we require either online or physically made available to us. Unlike bible days were people had to walk or engage in some form of physical activity to get anywhere or achieve anything.

I need to talk about his suit I wonder why he chose to wear Armani for the night, reminds of the Great Gatsby, kind of Mr. Gatsby's collection. 

Klhoe Kardashian before and after pictures. She is my favorite weight loss inspiration.

It's amazing when you see a picture like this and are so impressed with the transformations. I can relate with this because I used to weigh about 95kg which is close to 185 pounds and today I weigh 68kg. I am still working on it since my goal weight is 63kg have go a mile long to go but see pictures like these are encouraging and they keep me going. The truth is u never know how large you are until you loose weight.

Nigerian OAP Toolz got married on saturday and she looked phenomenal.

I believe this wedding was the most talked about wedding on social media and equally well celebrated we almost forgot others took place. 

I would just like to applaud the make up artist  Bimpe Onakoya and the person who tied this glee. This is perfection the rings made by it  around the head are well placed, it as a head gear for princesses anyway she is a princess. I fell in love with the glee.
