A lot of women like myself often struggle with jiggly or large thighs so the best we do is try to firm them up.
I personally observed that when I started jogging I saw significant results in the thigh area, they got smaller and stopped bashing against each other when I walked which was really uncomfortable for me.
The trick is to be consistent with it. You don't have to jog everyday just three times a week, you can begin with a mile and build from there in other to have the best result.
This was what I did personally and it worked for me.
