Avocado is still fat





Avocado is a source of healthy fat rich in about 20 minerals most fitness experts have gone crazy about it.
The realistic part of it is although it is healthy and has no saturated fat it still has fat and must be treated as such. I always say even though you eat healthy doesn't mean you shouldn't eat less.

How do we regulate our consumption of fat? you must always see all fat as fatty foods that includes avocado, the body requires fat so like every other food item you have to eat in small portions. Do not eat a full avocado per day just because it is healthy, always remember moderation is key whenever you are trying to loose weight.
