Water and weight loss does it help

\

Water is an essential of life the body as discovered is made up of 70 percent water or more so it is just something we can't do without. We all know what it does for the body it is a great detoxifier, cleanses the system, keeps your skin looking radiant etc.

The real question is does water aid weight loss? I have come to realise that in most case consuming a lot of water could aid weight loss like some have said it help the reduction of the tummy but I have also come across people whom it worked in the opposite direction for them.

These are my observation if  you are not really active especially when you are above your thirties I don't think it is advisable to drink 10 litres of water per day. If you don't work out and you drink that amount of water your body retains it and you start looking  larger. I am well aware that water does not contain calories but if the body is made up of 70 percent water the water must be going somewhere.
