I had a doughnut and I loved it

The other day, I was really hungry and my cousin brought home some freshly baked doughnuts of which she offered me one.
I couldn't resist the smell so I quickly said yes and grabbed on to it with my heart full of joy at last! I had something to satisfy my hunger not only that something I would enjoy. When I was done eating it struck a cord: I shouldn't be eating this because I had a weight loss target and this really wouldn't make it easy for me to achieve my goals.

What next? I asked myself that question like it was usual  of me to fall of the wagon hmm! so I asked her not to bring anything that contained that many calories or was that unhealthy home again and I guess that was too extreme because this was just a doughnut in about 6 months so why have I chosen to beat myself up.

I guess most of us do this we stray from our diet plan or goal and just want to go extreme truth is a doughnut a month won't ruin your plan but a doughnut a day can
