Elton Jon can stop worrying about the bloody lawsuit claiming he grabbed at his ex-security guard's genitals on multiple occasions ... the case has been dismissed.
Jeffrey Wenninger sued Sir Elton in March for sexual harassment and battery for 3 alleged incidents that went down while he worked for him, but Wenninger's lawyer requested to dismiss it this week. It's unclear why ... but all signs point to a settlement.
TMZ broke the story ... Wenninger said John put his hand in his pants and at one point told him, "Get your todger out." He claimed there were several incidents like this during his employment, which ended in September 2014.
How wonderful life is, now Todger-gate is closed.
