On a really hot day I can't help but desire this cold creamy plate and sometimes bowl of ice cream even though, I know its fattening that's because we all enjoy some sort of guilty pleasure even if we are on a new life style path.
Somehow I can hear people saying sugar sugar sugar it is addictive! So how do we get rid of this addiction?. My answer is take it a day at a time, baby steps it always gets you there some people have the ability to stop at once while others just can't let go.
What did I do to overcome mine in order to achieve my weight goals? To be honest I didn't stop taking ice cream, I was just more open to having slip ups but I never stayed there. If I took a cup of ice cream in a week I wouldn't beat myself up the next day I just acted like it didn't happen and then I continued my week as healthy as I possible could.
