This real!! grilled agege bread by Shef Dudu

For many of us who live in Lagos Nigeria Agege bread is as popular as rice.
This bread is a locally baked and  hawked on the streets of streets of lagos it is not your typical supermarket type bread but it tastes ten times better and sold fresh from the oven. The bread is a delight to eat , although. a lot of people are always a bit skeptical about how it is made but yet we can't resist it so you can imagine my surprise when I saw it well platted like this.

Chef dudu has taken the Agege bread to a who knew level, I think I will call the Agege bread revolution. I had to look at the picyute almost three times to get what it was, Thank you chef dudu so we no longer have to have this bread with our hot akara (beans ball) we can go continental with it
