A good example of food portions



I often say no matter how healthy you eat every meal contains a number of calories.
Now this is a perfect illustration we have brown bread which is suppose to be health and peanut butter which has lately been promoted as an healthy snack but the difference is the way it was served/ portioned, one has less peanut butter than the other automatically making the other a fatty food even though it is an healthy meal.

You can not eat 20 apples a day an expect no to get fat everything in some way has its benefits, if you do not eat in moderation you won't get the desired results
