Tyga has been Sued for Failing to Make Ferrari Payments
This guy could afford to buy his girlfriend Kylie Jenner diamond gifts but won't pay for his personal thing.
The rapper is being sued in a lawsuit for failing to make car payments on a red 2016 Ferrari 488, according to legal documents obtained by E! News. The lessor, Alex Benedict, filed the suit earlier this month in Orange County Superior Court claiming that he made an agreement with Tyga, 27, in May but the rapper has yet to pay
Benedict is asking for $150,000 in damages. Tyga’s attorney did not return request for comment
After the “Rack City” hit maker missed several of the car’s lease payments, Benedict had the Ferrari repossessed in August. Then the car was repossessed for a second time in November, after Tyga broke the agreement he and Benedict made that allowed him to use the car until Oct. 9
